A Legal Secretary is required for a Legal 500 West Kent firm to join their Commercial Property department.
A strong, secure firm with a reputation for integrity and respect built up over centuries. Working within a busy department, you will be working for 2 experience fee-earners and will suit an energetic individual who enjoys a busy and varied workload.
Job Title: Commercial Property Legal Secretary
Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 +benefits
Location: West Kent
Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary is essential along with experience working within a Commercial Property or Residential Property department. Knowledge and use of Land Registry Direct and Bighand are essential along with familiarity of SDLT and property searches.
