We are a well-established multi service law firm who are looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to join our small and friendly Non-Contentious department. You will be handling a variety of client matters to include Wills, estate planning, probate, inheritance tax planning, trust administration, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. You should have specialised in this field for a minimum of two years post qualification.
You must be confident to run your own files with minimal supervision and demonstrate the ability to establish and foster client relationships.
The role will be based in either my clients Bexhill or Hastings office.
The successful candidate should have:
- Excellent administration, organisational and communication skills
- The ability to work on their own initiative
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent Client facing skills
- PQE minimum of 2 year
