Chartered Trademark Attorney job with national firm, Bristol or Exeter


Your new firm
Due to growth, this national firm based in both London and across the South West are looking for an exceptional Chartered Trademark Attorney to join their Corporate team in either Exeter or Bristol. The firm carry a solid reputation for providing excellent service to their clients.

Your new role
You will be dealing with trade mark assignments, licences and co-existence agreements and will be responsible for clearing trademarks and advising on their registrability as well as conducting Opposition and Invalidation proceedings before both the UK and EU IPO. You will be responsible for instructing and overseeing the work of overseas trademark attorneys.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified Chartered Trademark Attorney, with at least 4 PQE. You will be ambitious and keen to work for an ever-growing firm who are still expanding their existing brand and trade mark client base. You will possess an excellent knowledge of trademark law and procedures and will have the ability to build and maintain successful relationships as part of your business development. You will be a team player with a positive attitude.
