THE ROLE:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Fee-Earner who has experience of dealing with a variety of commercial property law matters. Joining a well established commercial property team, the successful individual will have experience in commercial property matters including, the acquisition and management of real estate portfolios, large scale developments, property acquisitions and disposals, property finance and leases. The appointed candidate will have the opportunity to handle a varied and challenging caseload involving all aspects of commercial property.

THE CANDIDATE:

The newly appointed Commercial Property Fee-Earner will have a strong passion for this area of law and a strong academic background. Working for a leading law firm, the chosen candidate will be confident with handling a heavy caseload for a wide range of clients ranging from individuals to global organisations. Ideally, you will be very confident and possess excellent communication skills. Working alongside a team of experts in the field in a reputable department, the ambitious Commercial Property Fee-Earner will have good team working skills and a strong commercial approach to their work. The firm is looking to expand their commercial property department and ideally seek an enthusiastic and adaptable Commercial Property Fee-Earner who is keen on business development and networking activities. Newly Qualified Commercial Property Solicitors will be considered for this role and will have completed at least one seat within commercial property. It is not essential to be a Solicitor, an experienced Commercial Property Fee-Earner/Legal Executive will be considered.
