Fee Earner or Paralegal - Private Client

A Private Client fee earner or paralegal is sought by a long established and large law firm to work in their Dorchester office.

You will have either managed your own caseload of private client work or have experience of fee earning in a paralegal capacity whilst supporting a fee earner. You will be part qualified or qualified skilled fee earner or paralegal working to become a fee earner and the firm will support this.

You must have:

• A broad knowledge of private client work
• Proven ability to meet/exceed billing targets
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent written and spoken English, articulate and numerate
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Good negotiation, relationship building and marketing skills
• High level of initiative
• Reliable and conscientious with professional integrity
• Own transport

You will be at a level where you are able to work mostly independently without close constant supervision and will have a fee target.
