Personal Injury Team Leader

An excellent opportunity has arisen for you a personal injury team leader or supervisor to progress your career and manage a fast track personal injury team in Cardiff.

The firm is growing in the Cardiff market and this position is a key hire in handling fast track personal injury matters and managing the team. 

You will be handling your own caseload of fast track personal injury matters as well as supervising junior fee earners. You will be handling matters including,

- Litigated personal injury files
- Managing both your individual and team billings
- Managing the KPIs for the team

You will ideally have a solid grounding in MOJ and litigated matters as well as experience in supervising personal injury fee earners.
