An excellent opportunity has arisen for you, a commercial property paralegal, to join a leading Cheltenham based law firm.
This leading Gloucestershire law firm are giving you a commercial property paralegal the opportunity to learn from some market leading solicitors, developing your commercial property experience.
You will be supporting fee earners on a range of commercial property matters, which could include:
- Opening and closing commercial property files
- Pre and post completion matters
- Liaising with Land Registry
- Drafting of property documents
You will have at least 6 months experience in a residential or commercial property position.
