PARALEGAL – EL/PL

Paralegal EL/PL – Due to the continued growth of the personal injury team, the EL/PL department which focuses on litigated EL/PL work from fast track to multi track work is looking to hire fee earners with proven litigated EL/PL experience. Candidates with a solid background in litigated RTA will also be considered provided they have gained their experience at a respected defendant practice.

• Previous experience: Ideally solid litigated defendant EL/PL experience though RTA experience will be considered, provided it is from a defendant background.

NATURE OF THE EL/PL WORK

The highly-respected team works for a range of insurance clients as well as self-insured, many of who are household names. The work is of a consistently high quality and candidates who have already cut their teeth in a defendant practice with litigated experience are strongly urged to apply.

Given the nature of the recruitment project, fee earners at various levels are required including those with fast track and multi track experience. Candidates who have strong RTA experience, but who are looking to transfer their skills to EL/PL, will be considered. However, such candidates must be able to demonstrate a strong defendant background.
