This is a pivotal role which will report into the European Head of Legal based in London. You will work as a key adviser to the business on a wide variety of legal issues.

Description
This is a broad role with the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of matters which may include but not be limited to:
- Non-Disclosure Agreements across the bank
- Engagement Letters
- Distressed Debt Trading (Loans and Bonds)
- ECM (IPOs and Secondary transactions on AIM and Main Market)
- DCM (including convertibles and emerging markets)
- Corporate matters including M&A
- General "ad-hoc" legal queries that arise
Profile
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' PQE and broad corporate/finance experience gained from a leading City law firm, preferably coupled with a secondment or other in-house experience. Other candidates are of course encouraged to apply.
