Corporate Commercial Solicitor

The firm is seeking to a new Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join the Legal 500 ranked Corporate Commercial department, in the Salisbury, Wiltshire office.

You will find an excellent quality of work where you will deal with large and often complex transactions; there will be variety in the caseload, making the role more interesting, deals can range between £500k to £100million.

You will work as part of a team of 10, dealing with a broad caseload acting for SME to large multi-national companies. The caseload will consist of; Mergers and acquisitions, Joint ventures, Fundraisings, Banking, Private equity and venture capital transactions, Company law and constitutional advice, General commercial agreements including supply agreements and standard terms, Data protection and Intellectual property matters.

• You will be between 1- 5 years PQE in Corporate Commercial work
• You will join the Wiltshire, Salisbury office
• You will run your own caseload as well as assisting on more complex, larger transactions
• Ideally, you will have experience of dealing with rural properties and businesses, but this is not essential
• Experience of dealing with development work will be to advantage
