Based in Sevenoaks, Kent this is an award-winning practice. They are currently seeking a Contentious Trusts and Probate Solicitor to join their growing private client team.

The practice has experienced excelled growth in recent years; they are ambitious and dynamic practice with their sights set high. The firm now has over 20 offices across the South of England with yet further office openings on the horizon. On offer is an industry leading bonus structure based on billings, last year their top biller took home over £60k in bonus. The Contentious Probate department is one of the fastest growing across the firm, now standing at ten specialist fee earners, this runs alongside the wider Private Client department. You will work with a highly experience Contentious Trusts and Probates Partner, you will run your own caseload, whilst assisting with larger matters, this will include; You will deal with an interesting and varied caseload including; Lack of capacity cases, Fraud and undue influence cases, Subsequent revocation, and Inheritance. You will deal with sometimes more complex assets and wealth. Over the years, the firm has built a particularly strong name in this area of law.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

• You will be a Contentious Trusts and Probate Solicitor with between 1-5 years PQE
• At least 40% of your caseload should be Contentious Trusts and Probates
• You have strong interpersonal skills and should be the type of person that can build strong relationships with clients and can spot business opportunities.
• Based in the growing Sevenoaks, Kent office.
• Salary of up to £55k, plus a very lucrative bonus structure and benefits package
• You will work as part of an award winning, top 100 team.
