The Litigation Department requires an experienced well organised Legal Secretary to join its busy Bournemouth Team.

Ideal Candidate

This position requires a confident Litigation Legal Secretary, familiar with all aspects of this type of work. You will provide full administrative and typing support to include filing, managing emails, taking calls for the department and, producing and filing documents.

A very high degree of accuracy and organisational skills is paramount with a ‘can do’ attitude to undertake multiple tasks and effective prioritisation.

We use modern secretarial methods within the firm, such as digital dictation and IT based file opening procedures, some knowledge of these processes would be beneficial.

A high standard of interpersonal skills and communication skills in the context of client care is essential for this position and we are looking for someone who has a positive manner in dealing with clients and colleagues.
