Mid-Tier Nottinghamshire based practice with offices throughout the region are seeking a Private Client Fee Earner for their head office in Worksop. Already with a strong Private Client team in place they are looking to add to that with an experienced Fee Earner / Legal Executive / Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' experience working on a part time basis working 3 days a week.
You will predominantly dealing with Wills, Probates and Trusts however you will also gain exposure to LPA's, Administration of Estate, Protection of Assets and Inheritance Tax matters. You will be predominantly be dealing with a local Lancashire client base so regular client contact will be required and prior experience of performing client & home visits is required. The role will also involve working closely with a partner on more complex high value matters with assets & estates in excess £750,000+.
