Available Immediately: Temporary Risk Management Analyst at US Law Firm £££

A top US law firm housed in stunning City offices is looking to recruit a new ongoing temporary Risk Management Analyst to join the London team.  This role will principally serve the International Business Intake & Conflicts Department. The purpose of this role will be to provide daily support for all International offices in the areas of business intake, conflicts searching/analysis and customer due diligence. The responsibilities include performing conflict checks, conducting analysis on the results, communicating the results to the Firm’s Partners and facilitating the transfer of information within the Firm in order to complete the business intake process in accordance with the law and professional regulation. The individual must be able to respond to requests and answer or facilitate questions relating to conflicts’ policies and procedures, and customer due diligence. Candidates need to have exceptional people skills, good communication skills and the ability to work with staff at all levels, ideally graduate level with experience of working in a professional services organisation, the ability to think critically, problem solve, and take proactive measures to make well-informed decisions, have knowledge of UK and US conflicts procedures and familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering ‘KYC’ requirements and it would be great if applicants have knowledge of business and research tools would be an advantage including BvD Orbis, LegalKey, Worldcheck and Capital IQ.  Previous legal conflict/risk/compliance experience is a must.  Standard hours 9:30 – 17:30.
