Pre-Litigation Fee Earner, Credit Hire MOJ Portal
My client is a rapidly expanding Law Firm based in Manchester who are looking to appoint new Fee Earners within their Pre-Ligation, MOJ Portal department. You will have experience in a similar role, ideally with previous experience as an Personal Injury Fee Earner using the MOJ Portal. You will have the ability to handle an Credit Hire caseload from inception to completion.
You will have an excellent understanding of motor claims, credit hire and personal injury.
You must have an ability to manage a high workload whilst at the same time have a sound understanding of all aspects of pre-litigated cases and drafting pleadings and taking individual responsibility for a caseload of pre-litigated Personal Injury files with credit hire that proceed both in and out of the MOJ portal.
