Industrial Disease Solictor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join my clients growing Industrial Disease team in Bath to undertake Mesothelioma and Asbestosis work on behalf of claimants.

You would be working alongside leading experts in this niche area of law, running a caseload of files, working to secure the best compensation for clients.

Duties will include managing a caseload of Industrial Disease Personal Injury files, dealing effectively with cases predominantly relating to D&T, Asbestosis and Mesothelioma whiule developing the Bath Industrial Disease team by forging links with local lung cancer nurses, health professionals and doctors, plus charities to develop and grow niche/ sector expertise.

You would be expected to Grow internal and external networks of clients, intermediaries and contacts, build on personal profile and reputation.

If you are a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE or a qualified Legal executive with specific experience in dealing with Industrial disease claims and have confidence to manage your own files with minimal supervision then my client would be keen to hear from you.
