Investment Funds Lawyer - Dublin
Dublin's leading international firm is seeking an associate to join their Investment Funds Department to advise key clients on legal and regulatory issues. This role will expose you to a variety of transactional and advisory work within a well-established Funds team.
The Role
You will advise leading financial institutions, investment banks and asset management companies on various investment fund structures (which include: UCITS, QIAIFs, hedge funds and private equity funds). Part of your role includes advisory work on AIFMD Implementation and help with the preparation of the Central Bank application to market UCITS abroad. You will advise key clients on Central Bank specific regulatory matters. You will advise on the establishment of hedge funds and alternative investment strategies in a range of jurisdictions.
The Candidate
Candidates must have excellent academics (minimum 2.1) gained from a leading Irish or UK University with legal training from a leading Irish and/or UK Law Firm. Ideally you will be 1 to 4 years PQE from strong funds practices and capable of handling sizeable transactions. Strong remuneration package and excellent training / career progression programme. Excellent opportunity for a mid-level associate looking to position themselves strategically for the long term in Ireland.
