Our client a small reputable practice with offices in Devon, is seeking to appoint a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their offices in Ivybridge.
The firm provide expert advice across a range of practice areas to individuals, commercial and rural businesses.
About You
You will be an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer, with broad transactional real estate experience. Applications are welcomed from keen networkers with the ability to undertake their own business development and introduce new high quality work into the practice.
Day to Day
On a daily basis you will be tasked with advising upon acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises, leases and lease renewals, property development and some commercial property disputes matters.
