RTA Litigator

Are you an experienced RTA litigator looking for a rewarding new role? 

Due to continued company growth my client is looking to appoint an RTA litigator to join the team at their Preston office. You will have a minimum of 1 years' litigation experience within RTA and be able to handle a fully litigated case load. Keen to build on your existing experience, you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving.

As an RTA litigator your day-to-day tasks will involve:

• Liaising with client, third parties and solicitors, keeping clients up to date with the progression of their cases, updating reports and dealing with correspondence.
• Dealing with all types - LVI, fraud, occupancy issues. fast track and multi-track cases

In return you will receive a competitive salary (guideline of up to £28k), dependant on experience and expertise, coupled with a bonus scheme.
