The Role of Property Litigation Solicitor

The ideal solicitor will be able to offer the following:

• UK Qualified Solicitor
• Minimum of 5 years PQE (a guide only)
• Proven track record in dealing with litigious property matters with a recognised law frim
• Familiar with, and knowledge of local area is advantageous
• Minimum of 2:1 at degree level, supported by other strong academics
• The ability to reengage with previous contacts
• Keen to market
• Passion for cross selling, working alongside other departments of the firm
• Commercially aware
