This top-tier Healthcare practice advise a broad range of both public and private clients, including the NHSLA, primary care trusts, regulatory bodies, and defence organisations. The team's remit has continued to grow consistently over the last few years, and now covers a diverse range of contentious and non-contentious work, including treatment and best interest matters, mental health and mental capacity law, inquests, public law, and governance and patient safety. Due to this continued period of growth, an additional associate at 0-4 PQE is now required to join the department.

Working alongside leading individuals within the Healthcare field, the successful applicant will enjoy a varied workload, consistently handling numerous matters covering a broad range of the areas listed above. The firm are keen to hear from applicants with a demonstrable base of experience within the Healthcare sector, however will also consider those in other areas who are keen to embrace a new challenge.
