Using your technical skills you will
- Negotiate and draft commercial contracts with global clients
- Be the primary contact for the sales team.
- Liaise with the sales team providing legal advice on any matters
- Advise Senior stake holders on potential risk and compliance issues.
To be successful you have several years experience in the contracts management experience in software. You will have a flexible and pragmatic approach, be able to work effectively on your own, coupled with demonstrable experience working with senior, cross-functional stakeholders. The work will be fast paced so they need someone to come in and hit the ground running.
