Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

A rare opportunity has now arisen for a Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join the team at offices in North Manchester to not only run a busy caseload in the full remit of Residdential Conveyancing matters but to work closely with the Partner to assist in managing the team and in marketing the department to further drive it forwards.

The ideal candidate will be at least 5 PQE with a strong background in residential conveyancing including experience in sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, shared ownerships, help to buy and right to buy. As well as being technically adept, the successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will be interested and skilled in marketing a department, bringing in new business and assisting in managing a team.
