Senior Employment Solicitor

Our client, an entrepreneurial business to business firm in Central Manchester, pride themselves on offering a strong alternative to the larger national firms for both their clients and lawyers. An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Senior Employment Solicitor to join their busy team.

As a Senior Employment Solicitor you will be acting predominately on behalf of the firm's business clients including SMEs, owner managed businesses and larger organisations in the full remit of non-contentious and contentious employment matters. The firm offers a full employment service on both a retained and non-retained basis. You will also work closely with the Partner in driving the department forward and generating new clients.

The ideal Senior Employment Solicitor will be at least 7 years PQE with a proven track record in both Employment Law and client generation. You will be well versed in all aspects of employment law and able to provide commercial and pragmatic advice taking into consideration the business needs of your clients.
