Senior Commercial Litigator

Our client, ,an entrepreneurial firm based in South Manchester is known for providing an alternative to the large City Centre firms in a variety of legal areas, from small transactions to multi-million pound projects. With that in mind, a unique opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Litigator to head their litigation team.

As Head of the Department, the successful Senior Commercial Litigator will be running a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, for example breaches of contract, property litigation, debt, insolvency litigation as well as spearheading the department and driving it forward. It's a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping a department and generating new work. The ideal candidate will be someone with strong varied commercial litigation experience with a minimum of around 7 years' PQE who has excellent client generation skills and a proven history of winning new work and the ability to manage a team.
