CILEX - Property

A UK top 100 law firm based in the heart of London are looking for a Legal Executive or Career Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years’ residential and commercial property experience.

Working under supervision of the Partner, you will work on a broad range of commercial and residential matters with a bias towards commercial leases and licenses with a few plot sales. Your caseload may include purchases and sales of investment property including auction sales along with a range of landlord and tenant matters.

 You will have your own caseload and manage all aspects of client work, in line with the firm’s quality control procedures.

This role will suit a part or full qualified Legal Executive or a career paralegal with strong academics. You must be able to demonstrate a commitment to specialising in property law along with a proven track record of excellent direct client contact and care.
