What you can expect

You will play a leading role in large-scale projects and commercial activity. You will be representing the business in meetings with clients – typically senior commercial and state stakeholders.

If you are talented, you will be promoted very quickly and are likely to manage more junior staff soon – the company is developing rapidly, adding new legal professionals so you will be moving up the career ladder.

You will be coordinating legal affairs of a number of water and energy regional Mega-Projects in the GCC and Africa area. You will be reviewing and advising on various agreements such as O&M Agreements, Power Purchasing Agreements, EPC contracts, Shareholders’ Agreements, Technical Services Agreements, NDA’s, Subcontracts etc, as well as reviewing and drafting special terms and conditions and as amending and drafting company’s policies and procedures.

You will work closely with you colleagues in Finance, Supply Chain and Risk Management Departments. You will be providing legal opinions to key stakeholders on potential disputes or grey areas in contracts. And last but not least you will be training key company employees on contractual matters. You can expect international travel.
