Private Client Solicitor

A Private Client Solicitor is required by a highly regarded high street firm in South Cheshire. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters from instruction to completion and the salary on offer is negotiable dependent on experience.

The firm are a multi-service practice that pride themselves on providing high quality legal services with a particular focus on client relationships whilst offering an excellent working environment for their staff. Their Family department has recently been named in the Legal 500 and they are looking to grow the Private Client side of the business and achieve similar status for this department.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years PQE working in a similar role although, candidates with more experience are also invited to apply. You will be a self-sufficient Solicitor, capable of dealing with the full range of Private Client matters to include drafting simple and complex Wills, and Trust documents, Probate and administration work and Elderly Client services. Ideally you will be STEP qualified or working towards this qualification. You will also be involved in the marketing and development of the department to continue it's growth.
