MOJ Fee Earner

I am currently recruiting for a MOJ Fee Earner to join one of the UK's Leading Personal Injury Specialists in the Aldershot area.

My client is an award-winning, national law firm with an undeniable reputation in the Personal Injury market. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are recruiting a number of MOJ Fee Earners to join their friendly Personal Injury team. The role involves handling a number of fast-track MOJ files, assessing medical records, obtaining the Client's completed Schedule of Loss, post-settlement case steps and obtaining evidence in support of claims for special damages.

The successful MOJ Fee Earner will be able to demonstrate experience with the MOJ portal, ideally with 12 months experience handling MOJ claims. Time-management skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are also essential. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Legal Executives and experience Fee Earners.
