Our client is looking for a junior to mid-level commercial lawyer to join their in house legal team.

Client Details

International energy and facilities services group employing over 20,000 worldwide with a multi-billion pound annual turnover.

Description

The successful candidate will have responsibility for legal support on a broad range of commercial outsource transactions by providing commercial legal advice.

This role assists in the governance of transactions at local and group level by working closely with colleagues including stakeholders throughout the group and also with customers. There will also be occasional management of external legal resource on particular projects.

Profile

The successful candidate will be likely to:

  • have expertise in experience in outsourcing, contract, commercial, intellectual property, employment, data protection and bribery and corruption.
  • have at least three years of post qualification experience and preferably some experience of working in house.
    • Experience of PFI and UK Public Sector Procurement is desirable.
