Renowned M&A Practice – NQ-3 PQE M&A Lawyer – Silver Circle Firm – Hong Kong

Our client, a globally-renowned Silver Circle firm, recognized for its M&A practice, are in the market for two NQ-3 PQE M&A lawyers for its M&A practice. This is a great opportunity to be part of a strong practice and under several prestigious partners with a role focused solely on M&A. This is a unique opportunity to focus on M&A as a junior and are rarely seen in the market.

The role will be focused on M&A transactions (PE, JV, Private, and Public). You will be working with multinational conglomerates, US outbound clients, and more. The partners are hands-on and consistently recognized as leaders in the region by Who’s Who Legal and other publications. You will also get a chance to work with the Co-Chief of the entire firm as he frequently works on top-quality transactions with these teams. These are premiere positions with a strong practice that has nearly 20 offices in Asia. Remuneration packages will be Silver Circle to Magic Circle and there is NO billable hours target.

Role requirements:

• NQ-3 PQE.
• HK qualification is necessary.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
• Strong firm history and education.
• Must have previous experience in cross-border M&A transactions.
