An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Fee earner to join a leading a reputable high street practice in the Derby area. This role is a full time permanent position and will suit a fee earner with 2 years experience, however this length of experience is only a guideline and Paralegal's, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers are all welcome to apply.
You will have experience in dealing with the entire conveyancing process and will be comfortable with dealing with a high volume of cases. The successful candidate will be confident with handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchases, remortgages, freehold and leasehold, shared ownership. You will also be dealing with new builds, repossessions, deeds of gifts, assets, equity releases, drafting declaration of trusts and other general property related matters.
The successful conveyancer will work well under pressure, be able to demonstrate excellent organisational a skills and work with minimum supervision.
