We are presently instructed by 2 of the leading multi award winning law firms with Top Tier recommendations in employment law in Brussels. Their Employment offering covers the wide spectrum of employment advice including senior executive advice, Corporate Support – compensation and benefits, compete covenants and "golden parachutes", employment participation, business restructure and data protection.
The firm are looking to appoint an employment lawyer with fluency in Dutch to their respective employment groups – the person will be experienced within Belgium and have a strong employment law background – both contentious and none contentious experience are of interest. The firm are open on the level of experience as they have multiple positions available due to their very busy team. You must, however, have fluency in Dutch and English.
The firm are very friendly and have a flat hierarchy here so the person joining will be part of an open door culture and work with a variety of partners.
