ISDA Lawyer

Working within their Group Legal function, both roles will involve drafting and negotiating derivative documentation for a wide variety of fund types: UK Pension Funds, Cayman Funds and LDI Funds and insurance funds, with all bank counterparties. You will have responsibility for all subsequent document maintenance and amendments, and be required to co-ordinate with the on-boarding team and external counsel.

As well as being a qualified lawyer, It is essential that you have at least 3 years experience in negotiating derivative documentation, gained from working within either a similar investment manager, top tier banking client or top city law firm. Our client is looking for candidates who have excellent technical skills, as well as an impressive academic background and stable CV.
