Litigation Paralegal

My client is a leading Legal 500 firm who are looking to build on their vibrant Cardiff office by adding an enthusiatic dispute resolution paralegal to their team.

The team's housing management unit currently acts for a large number of social landlords across Wales and provides advice on issues of housing management, tenancy enforcement and housing related anti-social behaviour.

The role will include a wide range of tasks and responsibilities such as advising clients both in person and in writing, drafting court documents including statements and applications, negotiating with other parties and attending local courts for the purposes of undertaking advocacy.

This role would ideally suit a law, (LPC or BPTC) graduate or similar academic achievement.

The successful candidate will have excellent client care skills, strong organisation skills, with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

It is important that you have a full driving license and your own transport. You must be computer literate in order to confidently handle your own administration and be compitent with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and ideally databases.
