The Role: Commercial Property Solicitor
Contract Type: Locum
Salary: £25- £35 - DOE
Our client is a well-established, professional and friendly firm who are dedicated to delivering a high quality legal service to their client base. Due to a heavy work load they are looking to recruit a commercial property solicitor to join their busy firm on a part time or full time locum basis to start as soon as possible.
The role would suit a Commercial Property who has gained experience dealing with a wide variety of property transactions and is technically capable. The successful applicant will be expected to manage and progress a caseload that will consist of but will not be restricted to:
- Sales and Purchases
- Freehold and Leasehold matters
- Transfer of equity matters and lease extensions
Applications for this Commercial Property Solicitor role will be considered from qualified solicitors with at least 3-5 years' PQE who have dealt with the full remit of property transactions. Ideally the successful individual will have the ability to hit the ground running and be client focused.
