My client is a leading Global TV and Channels business - they are now looking for an NQ / Junior Lawyer with solid corporate / MA experience to join them on a 4 month project starting in April working on the management of novation contracts and other legal agreements due to the sale of part of its business. Working with the legal team you will be dealing with studios, broadcaster and other media companies.
Chasing signatures for novation agreements, updating shareholders and management on progress and assisting the European Head of Regulatory Affairs with policy, research and compliance for the business.
