Our client, a Commercial, Legal 500 firm with a strong North West presence is looking to expand their Real Estate team with the appointment of Property NQ in Liverpool, focusing on residential development matters.

Regarded as a market leader, this firm has developed a leading firm that provides the highest quality service to individuals and businesses which includes a large Real Estate team with a wealth of expertise in a range of specialist areas. Due to the continued success of the firm they are now looking to make an appointment of an NQ Property Solicitor, specialising in Residential Development.

As an NQ Property Solicitor, you will be acting on behalf of National and Regional house builders as well as smaller developers, throughout the development process including land acquisition, funding, remediation, planning, development and sales. The ideal candidate will have gained excellent experience within property during their training contract and have some experience in acting in development matters.
