Planning Lawyer required to join a local authority based in Cambridgeshire for an initial 3 month period.
This role would be well suited to an experienced Highways and Planning Lawyer who is wanting a full time, fast-paced role within a local authority.
Experience of managing a busy caseload is desirable, as the successful candidate will be dealing with all matters encompassing Highways and Planning Law, including but not limited to;
- S38 matters
- S106 matters
- S278 matters
- Modification orders
- Extinguishment orders
- Providing general planning advice
- Attending planning committees
Due to the nature of this role, it would be beneficial for the Planning Lawyer to come from a local authority background, although this is not at all essential.
The local authority office is easy to reach, situated within walking distance from the closest train station, making it easily accessible from London.
