Product Liability Lawyer 2-4 PQE - 12 Month FTC

Your new role
You will join the firm as a 2-4 PQE Lawyer in the firms Public Liability team on a 12 month fixed term contact. Working within the Causality Insurance practice area, you will offer advice across a range of matters to the firms clients including major corporate, retailers and commercial insurer clients.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 2-4 years PQE within the public liability space, with a proven track record of defending product liability claims whether personal injury and or property claims arising from alleged failed components, unsafe products in the work place and claims in connection with a diverse range of other consumer products. Additionally you will have knowledge of CPR procedures with defendant litigation experience.
