Residential Conveyancing Re-Mortgaging Executive

A highly regarded Legal 500 listed national commercial practice is seeking to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join the firms' envied Real Estate Team in a specialist re-mortgage role at the firms' Stratford upon Avon office.

The firm is well known as a very strong commercial practice that acts for predominantly high profile clients in a variety of sectors covering real estate, residential property, corporate finance, commercial services, energy and technology to name a few.

This is a residential conveyancing role in a team which sits within the wider Real Estate Division and will allow you to work very closely with both real estate and real estate finance lawyers. The fundamental purpose of the role is to work closely with a partner and the wider management dealing with re-mortgages, titles, transfers of equity, deed gifts and rectifications.

As well as handling your own caseload, you will also provide assistance with regards to the functioning of the department and will supervise a team and provide training and development when required.

You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience of working in the residential conveyancing sector and it would be advantageous if you were qualified although this is by no means essential if you can demonstrate the relevant experience.
