The Real Estate Team is expanding and so has an opening for a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years' PQE right through to around 6 years' PQE to will deal with a varied portfolio of real estate matters to include strategic acquisitions, residential development and construction matters. Clients include high profile investors, well known developers, public sector bodies and a variety of well known private corporate entities and there will be a heavy emphasis on the residential side of site set up.

You will form part of a team of experienced commercial property lawyers and be involved with high value complex matters whilst at the same time have conduct of your own matters. You will also be required to participate in business development initiatives and help shape the team in the future so progression opportunities are abundant. You will have a good deal of client exposure so this is a great opportunity for those who are keen to go above and beyond normal file handling duties and have the chance to forge a successful long term career in the commercial property sector.

This is the perfect role for those who are looking for a real estate role with a difference whereby you will be required to think of innovative solutions for clients when acting on unusual and challenging development initiatives.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary and have the opportunity to be part of a highly regarded and envied team. The benefits package is excellent and includes a generous holiday allowance of 27 days with the option to carry some entitlement over, as well as private healthcare and medical insurance.
