Contracts Coordinator

Your new company
A leading international recruitment business with expertise in placing qualified, professional and skilled individuals. Currently looking for a Contracts Coordinator on temporary cover. Joining a successful and unique Commercial Bids and Contracts team, this assignment will run for 3 months initially with the possibility of extension.

Your new role
You will be responsible for facilitating various types of contractual documentation including all client issued documents and terms of business. You will be required to liaise with internal teams including Legal, Compliance, Finance and operational stakeholders, work directly with clients on occasions. As Contracts Coordinator, you will also track progress, resolve outstanding actions/ issues and achieve delivery dates in addition to providing project support to the Contracts Managers as required.

What you'll need to succeed
This role would suit a individuals from a legal background, ideally someone with a law degree and/or the LPC as well as some practical contracts/paralegal experience. You will be able to engage on legal negotiations and have credibility to engage professionally at all levels. You will also need you to be self-motivated in order to set and prioritise work, schedule and manage time effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
