Senior Corporate Solicitor

An excellent opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor with7 or more years PQE to join a young and ambitious Commercial Law Firm in South Manchester.

The Firm has made headlines over recent years from their success in the North West market and their future plans for growth. You will be joining a fast paced environment and benefit from quality transactional work, whilst retaining the close working relationships forged in a smaller Practice. Salary is competitive and negotiable upon experience.

As the Senior Corporate Solicitor in the Practice, you will be responsible for leading the function and managing the relationship from a Corporate perspective for the Firms existing client base. Your remit will include business sales, acquisitions, MBO's, share sales and asset sales, alongside drafting and advising on commercial agreements such as JV, PM or Partnership Agreements.

Application are invited from Solicitors with strong examples of the above, or wider Corporate Commercial experience. Ideally you will have more than 6 years experience in this space, but importantly display the technical ability required. A following is not required as the Firm is busy with existing Corporate work from their client base which requires servicing, so this represents a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Lawyer with technical expertise who is hampered from making a move due to their perceived lack of following.
