Multitrack RTA Solicitor
Multitrack RTA Solicitor , East of England
Niche practice with a secure insurance client base is now looking to appoint a Multitrack RTA solicitor or qualified legal conveyancer with upwards of 5 years PQE to handle a caseload of serious personal injury matters.
Working as part of a very busy but close knit team you can expect to handle claims relating to multitrack cases of values ranging between £50,000 and £1million. Typically the value of cases would be somewhere between £150,000 and £250,000.
You should have experience of dealing with national insurer clients with regard to brain injury and serious orthopaedic injuries.
Any experience in the handling of catastrophic injury claims would be a bonus as would a background of handling motorcycle claims but it is not essential.
