Property and Private Client Paralegal

This is an exciting opportunity to join both the Private Client and Property department within a friendly, well established North London based firm. This vibrant practice is based in the Barnet area of north London, and with their rich history, they have built a flourishing central London client base. The firm has an office in North London as well as in the West End. This Property and Private Client Paralegal role will be based close to Barnet.

You will work alongside highly experience Solicitors dealing with Residential and Commercial Property as well as Private Client.

The firm has an incredibly strong customer base throughout North and Central London. The firm are progressive, and invest heavily in their staff, over the years several paralegals have been put through training contracts, providing them not just with the technical skills, but the business development training to have the knowledge to build a client base. This role comes with the ability to obtain a training contract in as quickly as six months, however certainly within 12 months.

This will be a hands-on role where you will also have an opportunity to get involved in client facing work and business development opportunities.

· You will support experienced Solicitors with Private Client, Conveyancing and Commercial Property work
· Ideally, you will have both Property and Private Client experience. However, it is essential you have at least six months' experience in Private Client
· You will work as part of a friendly and progressive team
· This could also be an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paralegal seeking a training contract shortly.

· Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, although up to £26k
