Our client is a Legal 500 top-tier ranked regional law firm with a market-leading reputation in the South East for contentious work. As a solicitor in the commercial litigation team, you will work on a mix of cases consisting of fraud, property litigation, construction, travel, aviation and FGSA ad regulatory claims. You will be acting for companies, banks, financial institutions, partnerships, professional bodies and private individuals.
Due to a recent departure, an opportunity has arisen for a commercial litigation solicitor to join the team with at least eight years of qualified experience in international and domestic arbitration, adjudication and expert determination with particular expertise in Alternative Dispute Resolution. You will ideally also have experience with the commercial courts, Companies Court, Chancery and Queen Bench Divisions.
