Our client is an award winning full service law firm in Reading with an outstanding reputation for commercial property. As a solicitor in this legal 500 rated commercial property department you will be advising a variety of clients across the Thames Valley and the South East. Work includes advising on general commercial property transactions, development, secured lending, planning and construction.
An opportunity has arisen for a commercial property solicitor with at least 4 year of qualified experience in commercial property work. Experience of acquisition & disposals, commercial leases, ancillary documents and secured leading is preferred.
