My Sherborne based client are a full service legal 100 firm seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their growing team.
Description
My Sherborne based client are seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to carry out a diverse portfolio of client work including landlord and tenant work, agricultural matters, property finance, acquisitions disposals and large-scale development work.
Working closely with and a partner, you will be running your own caseload under supervision, as well as supporting the wider team. You will be concerned with drafting licences to assign, licences to under let, deeds of variation as well as sales and acquisitions.
Profile
The successful Commercial Property Paralegal will have a good foundation and knowledge of Commercial Property principles and be confident about dealing with various tasks independently.
