TRADING LAWYER 3+

Leading international investment bank is seeking a lawyer to join their London office in a mixed transactional and advisory role, supporting their Sales and Trading businesses.  

In this front office facing role, you will cover a broad range of products from a transactional perspective, including derivatives, repo, clearing, stock lending and brokerage.  On the non-transactional side, this role provides advice to the business on regulations already embedded in, as well as project work.

You will have trained at a top tier law firm and have gained post-qualification experience (minimum 3 years) in derivatives/repo, and preferably had some in-house experience, whether that be on secondment or having already made the move in-house. You may also come from an OTC derivatives trading documentation role, but have had significant experience across a broad range of products.
